After running a dairy farm in Tillamook for twenty-five years, sun-starved Jeff and Andrea Adams moved to the beautiful Walla Walla valley in 2005. However, they soon began to miss cheese culture. In 2014 they gave up all hope of an early retirement and joined the Umapine Creamery, from which branched the Walla Walla Cheese Company. Now, they strive to highlight their favorite aspects of the Walla Walla valley in their cheeses, crafting bright summer cheddars from pasture raised Jerseys to complex, wine and beer-soaked cheeses.
