Just in time for American Cheese Month 2012, the Oregon Cheese Guild Producer Profile video series premieres on October 1 and continues each Monday for twenty-four weeks.  The series features on-location interviews with OCG cheesemakers on their farms and in their make-rooms.  It’s an ideal way for cheese enthusiasts to get an up close look at the incredible world of Oregon Cheese.

Produced as a collaborative project between the OCG, producer-director Christine Hyatt of Cheese Chick Productions and supported by Dairy Farmers of Oregon and a USDA FMPP Grant (Know Your Farmer, Know Your Food Compass), the series highlights the land, animals and people behind the cheese renaissance in the state.
