“My cheesemaking is rooted in the idea that goat cheese can appeal to everybody. I love to create traditional and unique cheeses to share directly with the community. I believe in goat cheese as a healthy, delicious, pure and simple food. As we more often like to understand where our food comes from, I see small batch artisan cheeses as a perfect bridge from the table to the farm.”
