Congratulations to four Oregon Cheese Guild members on wins at the 2011 US Championship Cheese Contest, a bi-annual event. This year 1602 entries from 30 states competed in the competition held March 8 – 10 at Lambeau Field in Green Bay, Wisconsin. Tillamook‘s Boardman plant was awarded Best of Class and a 2nd Place finish in both Monterey Jack and Marbled Curd classes and received a 3rd for their Pepper Cheddar.
